Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Appointment Cancellations

Patients can request a cancellation for their online consultation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of the appointment time slot will not be eligible for a refund.

2. Rescheduling

You can reschedule your booked time slot up to 12 hours before the session begins without additional charges. Rescheduling is subject to slot availability with Mrs. Renu K Abraham.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed directly back to the original payment mode (UPI, Card, Netbanking) via our payment gateway within 5 to 7 working days.

4. Missed Sessions (No Show)

If a client misses the video/voice consultation call without prior notification or rescheduling, the consultation fee will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
